材料
- 1 large bunch soup
- 1 c. minced leeks
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 2 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
説明
1. Cut heavy stems from the parsley and wash well. Let soak awhile to clean.
2. Mince parsley fine and save sprigs for garnish.
