- 1 c. oleo, melted
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) and 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding

1. Combine Oreo crumbs and oleo, reserving about 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping.
2. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
3. Pat down to make a crust.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
