O'Grady Casserole
材料
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. sliced salami
- 1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- grated Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of tomato soup, diluted in 1 can water

1. Brown the hamburg.
2. Layer in roaster or 5-quart casserole dish the hamburg, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, salami, pepperoni, potatoes, salt and pepper and 1/2 of diluted soup.
3. Sprinkle each layer with cheese, ending top layer with soup mixture. Cook, covered, in oven at 350° for 2 hours, or until potatoes are well cooked.
