Impossible Taco Pie

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Grease 10-inch quiche plate or 10-inch pie pan.
3. Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
4. Stir in seasoning mix.
5. Spread in baking dish. Sprinkle with chilies.
6. Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over meat.
7. Bake 25 minutes.
8. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
9. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes more.
10. Serves 4 to 6.
