材料

• 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
• 1 small frozen bag of each: carrots, peas, green beans and corn
• 1 large can crushed tomatoes
• 1 large can tomato sauce
• 2 jars V-8 juice
• water (to fill V-8 juice bottle)
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 2 tsp. garlic salt
