Name: Gumdrop Cookies
Ingredients: 1 c. shortening; 1 c. brown sugar; 1 c. sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. baking soda; 2 c. flour; 1 tsp. baking powder; 2 c. quick oats; 1 c. coconut; 1 c. gumdrops, cut up

1 c. brown sugar

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. quick oats
1 c. coconut
1 c. gumdrops, cut up

説明

1. Cream the shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

2. Mix all dry ingredients together with the creamed mixture. Add oats, coconut and gumdrops. Roll into small balls. Flatten the balls slightly on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.

3. Yields 6 dozen.
