Erline'S Pineapple Pie(Icebox)

材料
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
説明
1. Combine pineapple, flour, sugar, salt, lemon juice and sour cream.
2. Cook slowly until thick.
3. Cook an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Beat 2 egg yolks and add small amount of mixture.
5. Transfer to pot of filling.
6. Cook additional 2 minutes. Bake in 9-inch pie shell with meringue until light brown.
