Easy Butterscotch Brownies

材料
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
説明
1. In 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter; blend in sugar and cool. Stir in eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuts. Blend well.
2. Bake for 25 minutes in 350° oven.
3. Do not overbake. Cut while warm.
4. If preferred, mix in bowl first and then pour out into pan to cook.
