- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 18 crushed soda crackers
- 1/2 c. nuts
説明
1. Beat egg whites until foamy.
2. Add cream of tartar.
3. Beat until stiff.
4. Add sugar.
5. Fold in vanilla, crackers and nuts.
6. Put in buttered pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
