- peel of 1 lemon
- peel of 1 orange
- peel of 1 grapefruit
- 1 Tbsp. cloves
- 1 Tbsp. allspice
- 3 sticks cinnamon

1. Put all ingredients in saucepan.
2. Cover with water and allow to steep.
3. Watch carefully.
