Chocolate Or Coconut Pies

材料
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. Pet milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 2/3 c. flour
- 5 egg yolks (save egg whites for meringue)
- 2 c. coconut or 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
説明
1. Mix milk and egg yolks well.
2. Add margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Cook until thick.
5. Remove from stove.
6. Beat well.
7. Add vanilla and coconut or cocoa depending on kind of pie.
