Chicken, Cheese And Broccoli Pie

- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inches). Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw; drain.
3. Mix broccoli, 2 cups of the cheese, chicken and onion in plate.
4. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth.
5. Pour into plate.
6. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
7. Bake just until cheese is melted. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
