Butterscotch Brownies

- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts

1. Melt butter over low heat.

10. Spread in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
