Aunt Sharon'S Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 c. shortening, softened
- 1 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. oats (uncooked)
- 1 c. raisins
説明
1. Sift together all dry ingredients except sugar.
2. Add shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
3. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes.
4. Stir in oats and raisins.
5. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
7. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
