- 2 lb. fresh asparagus spears, cooked and drained
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 medium tomato, peeled and diced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Keep asparagus hot.
2. In a small saucepan, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Stir over low heat until heated through.
4. Stir in tomato; heat through.
5. Serve over asparagus.
