Arkansas Cheese Ball

- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 large cream cheese
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 1 roll smoked cheese
- garlic powder (generously)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 c. nuts, finely chopped
- paprika and chili powder
説明
1. Let cheese soften; work together.
2. Mix in garlic powder, mustard and horseradish.
3. Makes 4 balls/logs.
4. Roll in nuts, paprika and chili powder.
5. Refrigerate.
6. (Also freezes well.)
