2 Minute Fudge

材料
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla

1. Mix together the sugar, cocoa and salt in a 2-quart casserole. Make a well in center.
2. Add butter.
3. Pour in milk.
4. Do not stir! Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
5. Remove from microwave.
6. Add vanilla and stir.
7. Add chopped nuts.
8. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch dish and refrigerate.
9. Cut into squares.
10. Can be frozen.
11. Fudge ready in 15 to 30 minutes.
