Skillet-Creamed Potatoes
Ingrédients
- 6 medium potatoes, cooked and drained
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- paprika
- snipped parsley
Instructions
1. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
2. Add sour cream, onion, chopped olives, salt and pepper into large pan.
3. Add potatoes; heat, stirring frequently, until the cream bubbles and potatoes are heated through.
4. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
