Railroad Pie

- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14 oz.) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- dash of black pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt

1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain well.
2. Combine remaining filling ingredients with meat mixture and pour into a 2-quart greased casserole.
