- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour, heaped
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. raw apples, diced
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 3/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla

步驟
1. Mix all together thoroughly, starting with egg and sugar. Preheat oven 325°.
2. Turn into greased shallow pan and bake.
3. When done, cut in 2-inch squares and serve with whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
