Just Right Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2/3 c. butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. butter flavored Crisco
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
步驟
1. With mixer, beat shortenings together until fluffy.
2. Add sugars; beat until blended.
3. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
4. Mix in flour, soda, salt and pudding mix.
5. Stir well.
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
8. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
