Fanny Farmer Fudge

- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 14 oz. can Carnation milk
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
步驟
1. Mix sugar and milk in a large saucepan and bring mixture to boil; cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Use a wooden spoon to stir.
3. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and chocolate chips.
4. Stir until thick and let cool, about 15 minutes.
5. Add walnuts and pecans, if desired.
6. Pour into buttered 10 x 14-inch pan.
