Earthquake Cake

- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
步驟
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Grease well a 9 x 13-inch sheet pan. Put coconut on bottom of pan, then sprinkle the pecans.
3. Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour over pecans.
4. In another bowl cream together the powdered sugar, margarine, cream cheese and vanilla.
5. Spoon this mixture over cake mix.
6. Bake for 45 minutes. Cake should crack in the middle.
