Corn Cakes

- 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. water (until good pancake consistency achieved)
- 3/4 c. corn meal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten slightly
步驟
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour 4 inch circles on hot griddle and cook until golden brown.
3. Serve topped with chili, lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, sour cream, taco sauce, onions and black olives (any topping you desire).
