5 Pound Cake

- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. yellow food coloring
- 5 eggs
步驟
1. Mix first 2 ingredients together.
2. Add eggs, one at a time. Then add vanilla and food coloring.
3. Beat with mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Alternate flour and milk until mixed thoroughly.
5. Bake in a 350° oven in 3 round 8-inch pans for 30 minutes.
