Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookies

- 1/2 lb. softened butter
- 6 oz. softened Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 small jar strawberry preserves

1. Mix first four ingredients with a fork.
2. On floured surface, roll out dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
3. Using a cookie cutter, punch out 2-inch rounds of dough.
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Top each round with approximately 1/4 teaspoon strawberry preserves.
6. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
