- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 2 (3 3/4 oz. size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix

1. In medium pan, mix flour and butter with pastry blender.
2. Stir in walnuts and press mixture into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 325° or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool.
