- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 small container Cool Whip or whipped topping of choice

3. Put in 8-inch pie pan.
4. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
