Ingredients: 2 sticks margarine; 2 c. sugar; 5 eggs; 1 Tbsp. baking powder; 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple; 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring; 1 c. milk; 1 can flaked coconut; 1 c. chopped pecans; 1 (14 oz.) pkg. graham crackers, crushed

2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. milk
1 can flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (14 oz.) pkg. graham crackers, crushed

1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly.

2. Add vanilla.

3. Add graham cracker crumbs and baking powder together and add alternately with milk to the first mixture. Mix well, then add crushed pineapple (undrained) coconut and pecans.

4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in tube pan.

5. Dust with confectioners sugar.
