Karo Six-Minute Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Mazola margarine or butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

1. In large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until well blended.
2. Stir in nuts.
3. Pour into pastry shell.
4. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
5. Cool.
6. Serves 8.
