- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs

2. Grease 9-inch pie pan.
3. Place ingredients in blender.
4. Place on high for 30 seconds.
5. Pour in pie pan.
6. Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
