- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- red food coloring (as desired)
- unsweetened strawberries
설명
1. Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and salt; cook until clear. Remove from heat; add red food coloring and gelatin.
2. Stir well and allow to cool.
3. Put strawberries in prebaked pie shell.
4. Pour sauce over berries and chill top with whipped cream or Cool Whip; serve.
