- 1 c. Crisco shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 can coconut
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
설명
1. Cream shortening and 2 cups sugar.
2. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
3. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk.
4. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut flavoring and coconut. Bake in greased angel food pan at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
