- 3/4 c. Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1 Green Pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 Stalks Celery, sliced
