Saucy Cocktail Meatballs

- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
説明
1. In saucepan, cook pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Pour over meatballs and serve hot. Can be kept warm in a crock-pot.
3. This sauce will cover about 100 meatballs or 1 1/2 pounds of frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces.
