"Mock" Hollandaise
材料
- 1 1/4 lb. stick butter or margarine
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- dash of garlic salt
- dash of pepper and salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

1. Melt butter in saucepan.
2. Let cool briefly; add remaining ingredients.
3. Heat and serve.
