- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3 tsp. dried minced garlic
- 3 tsp. hot crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon

1. Mix all ingredients together; store in an airtight spice container.
2. Two tablespoons equals 1 commercial package.
