Meat Flavoring Vinegar
材料
- 1 large onion, grated
- 3 red peppers, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. pure apple cider vinegar (found in health food stores)

1. Stir all ingredients together.
2. Let age 3 weeks.
3. Two tablespoonfuls of this will flavor and color a stew or gravy.
