- bottle of liquid smoke
- brisket
- Worcestershire sauce
- black pepper
Anleitung
1. Cover with all ingredients and refrigerate overnight in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
2. Next morning add 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
3. Bake in 275° oven for 6 to 8 hours.
4. Cover with barbecue sauce.
