- 1 jar chipped beef, chopped fine
- 12 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped shallots
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup pecans, ground

1. Combine all ingredients except nuts.
2. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts.
3. Chill and serve with wheat crackers.
