Stir-Fried Beef And Broccoli

- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 c. orange juice
- 3 c. hot cooked rice

1. Mix cold water, cornstarch and soy sauce; reserve.
2. Trim fat from beef steak.
3. Cut into strips 2 inches long.
4. Cut strips across the grain into 1/8-inch slices.
