1. Layer Twinkies in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
2. Put large can pineapple with juice over Twinkies, then add bananas.
3. Mix pudding mix as directed on package.
4. Pour over bananas.
5. Then put Cool Whip and cherries and nuts on top.
6. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
