Sherry'S Old Fashioned Pound Cake

Ингредиенты
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs (add 1 at a time)
- 3 c. flour (cake or all-purpose)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Инструкции
1. Cream together the butter or margarine, Crisco, sugar and eggs (add eggs 1 at a time).
2. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
3. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, alternately with milk and vanilla, beginning and ending with flour.
4. Mix well with hand mixer.
5. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
6. Cool in pan.
