- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. hot mashed potatoes
- 2 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. each clove; cinnamon; nutmeg
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar

Инструкции
1. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
2. Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.
3. Add milk and potatoes.
4. Add dry ingredients a little at a time.
5. Add vanilla and chopped pecans. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour.
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
