- 1 tsp. vanilla or pineapple flavoring
- 1 small pkg. mint chocolate chips

Инструкции
1. Sift together first 4 ingredients and set aside.
2. Mix together shortening, white sugar and brown sugar; blend in 2 eggs and beat together 1 minute.
3. Add pineapple and juice, then dry ingredients; blend.
4. Add flavoring and chocolate chips.
5. Fill cupcake cups 3/4 full.
6. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
7. Frost when cool.
