Pecan Ritz Pie

Ингредиенты
- 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Инструкции
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients together in small bowl.
2. Set aside.
3. Put egg whites in a large mixing bowl and beat until it forms peaks.
4. Slowly add sugar, then vanilla.
5. Add first bowl of dry ingredients and fold together gently with large spoon.
6. Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
7. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
