Nanny'S Tea Cake

Ингредиенты
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 4 c. flour (all-purpose)
Инструкции
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In large bowl, cream the sugar, shortening, eggs and extracts.
3. Gradually add flour, kneading until mixture is stiff enough to roll.
4. On lightly floured surface, roll dough 1/4-inch thick.
5. Cut into desired shapes. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
6. Makes 6 dozen.
