My Best Carrot Cake

Ингредиенты
- 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. pecan pieces
Инструкции
1. Add in large bowl the oil, sugar, eggs, carrots, pineapple and vanilla.
2. Stir by hand, then add remaining ingredients and stir by hand again.
3. Bake in 2 round cake pans or a 9 x 13-inch loaf pan for 30 to 45 minutes at 325°.
