- 2 Tbsp. instant coffee crystals

- 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Инструкции
1. Beat sugar, margarine, vanilla and egg in a medium bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except caramel icing.
3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, until chilled.
4. Heat oven to 375°.
5. Roll dough 1/8-inch thick on lightly floured surface.
6. Cut into cookies.
7. Bake on greased cookie sheet until brown.
