Mississippi Mud Cake

Ингредиенты
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 small jar marshmallow cream
Инструкции
1. Melt margarine and cocoa in large saucepan.
2. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, flour and pecans.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour into greased and floured pan (15 x 10 1/2 x 1/2-inch).
5. Bake at 350°
6. for 20 to 30 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream on top of warm cake.
